Rebecca's Present-Day Activities and Engagements
Rebecca Green works in flat-fee engagements to assist executives, audit committees, and boards to expand ESI Oversight and to strengthen ESI Audit capabilities, in the adoption of ESI Valuation principles.
Rebecca will consider Special Master and Officer of the Court roles and is happy to assist the judiciary with her expertise in Electronically Stored Information and Digital Forensics.
She selectively considers board positions where her strengths provide leadership in ESI oversight and ESI valuation principles using value/risk/cost matrices.
Rebecca is available, on a limited basis, to serve as a consulting or testifying ESI Expert in complex litigation and will consider engagements requiring her Digital Forensics expertise.
Finally, Rebecca may be available for ESI audit oversight on an hourly-fee basis as she is presently developing and recording customized Continuing Education courses. These courses are designed for executives and professionals eager to manage costs in safeguarding legislative-protected ESI as well as establish defensible ESI Oversight positions to minimize potential damages resulting from an ESI compromise.
Consider if a customized video course or corporate micro-certification for your employees is the right next step towards bringing strong ESI awareness. These customized courses can bring an organizational focus on mitigating the costs and risks associated with the use, access, sharing, and protection of all ESI, especially high-value ESI.
